No. The range from the wizard is an estimate based on your inventory, distance and floor details. The final price is given in a written quote after an on-site or video survey and does not change on moving day.
Every quote includes loading, transport and placement labour plus vehicle and road costs. Packing materials, assembly, furniture lift, storage and insurance are added as separate lines depending on what you choose. All amounts are shown including VAT.
Both on-site and video surveys are free. In a video survey you show your home room by room with your phone; it takes about 15–20 minutes.
No. The packing crew comes the day before; they box kitchenware, books and clothes and wrap furniture with blankets and stretch film. If you prefer to pack yourself, we deliver boxes in advance.
When insurance is selected in the quote, your belongings are covered by goods-in-transit insurance based on the value you declare. Policy details are provided in writing with the quote.
An external furniture lift can be set up, reaching up to 32 metres. Where the street is too narrow, items are carried by stairs and the floor surcharge is shown separately in the quote.
At least one week ahead for local moves and 2–3 weeks for long-distance moves. Month-ends and weekends are the busiest days.
Once loading is complete you receive a tracking code. On the move tracking page you can follow the vehicle location, crew details and steps live.
Yes. Our dry, CCTV-monitored, pest-controlled facility has 6, 12 and 20 m³ units. The minimum term is one month and your items are checked in with an inventory list.
We inspect together at delivery and record it in the report. For insured moves a claim file is opened; otherwise the company’s liability applies within the limits written in the contract.
You or someone you authorise should be present at the start of loading and at delivery. In between you can follow the move on the tracking screen.
A small deposit is taken when you accept the quote and the balance after delivery. Bank transfer, credit card and invoiced corporate payment are available (demo — no real payment is taken).
